Columbia Beach Conservation Landscape Installation
Saturday, June 8th at 9 a.m.
Class 11 Steward Candidate John Wakeman-linn will be installing a 360 square foot conservation landscape for his capstone project in Shady Side, MD. The site is likely to be very muddy, so please wear clothes, shoes, and gloves that you can get dirty. Water, soda, and snacks will be provided. Please contact John Wakeman-linn if you are interested in attending.

Steward Outreach Opportunities

Bodkin Elementary 12th Annual Environmental & Local Culture Fair
Saturday, May 4th, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
This outreach event is a unique opportunity for E-Lit Stewards to share their knowledge on Stormwater with children. If you’re be interested in leading this outreach event, please contact Haley Denton.

Downs Park Community Family Day
Saturday, June 1st, from 12 – 2 p.m.
WSA needs Stewards to organize an outreach table at this event. This event typically draws in around 4,500 attendees throughout the day. If you are available to help out, please contact Haley Denton.
